How Views-to-Money calculators work
One engine, platform-specific models, editable assumptions and source-first rule tracking.
Identify the model
RPM-like ad revenue, qualified views, impressions, sponsorships or subscriptions are handled separately.
Apply the inputs
Views, eligibility, rate, subscriber count, price or engagement metrics are fed into the shared engine.
Show the assumptions
Results are ranges or scenario values. We avoid presenting generic estimates as guaranteed payouts.
Readable formulas.
- RPM model: views ÷ 1,000 × adjusted RPM. RPM is already a creator revenue-per-1,000-view metric.
- Sponsorship model: views ÷ 1,000 × sponsorship CPM.
- Goal model: income goal ÷ adjusted rate × 1,000; qualified-view adjustment is applied only when the platform model explicitly uses qualified views.
- Subscriptions: subscribers × subscription price × creator share.
- Engagement: total interactions ÷ followers × 100.
Change data once, rebuild many pages.
Edit data/calculator-data.json and data/market-data.json, then double-click BUILD-WEBSITE.bat on Windows or run python tools/build.py. The build script refreshes the browser data bundles, fixes template leftovers, and rebuilds the sitemap; HTML copy remains editable page-by-page.
