Editorial scenario rates, not platform-published payouts. TikTok, Facebook and X apply to qualified views only. KICK pays via subscriptions (95/5 split, ~$4.74 per $4.99 sub to the streamer) and Instagram via sponsorships — neither has a per-view rate to tabulate.
Frequently asked questions
Why does December pay more than January?
Advertisers compete hardest for holiday shoppers in November–December, bidding up ad inventory. In January budgets reset and demand falls — the cheapest inventory of the year.
Are TikTok's rates per qualified view?
Yes. Only about 60% of TikTok views count as 'qualified' under Creator Rewards (1+ minute, original, etc.), so the effective rate per raw view is lower.
What about KICK and Instagram?
KICK pays streamers 95% of subscription revenue — there is no per-view ad rate. Instagram wound down per-view bonuses; creators earn via sponsorships priced on reach.
How should I use these tables?
Pick your platform and month, take the typical column as your planning rate, and run it through the matching calculator with your view count.
